I am assisting someone who has a Facebook page that was created by someone who claims to no longer have access to the account credentials.

On the Facebook profile's About page, it shows her email address and phone number. However, when she tries to sign into the account or reset password with either email address or phone number, she gets an error: "Your search did not return any results. Please try again with other information."

If the person who created it used a different email and phone number for the admin account, is there any way for her to recover her account?
