Hi everyone,
I’m running into an issue with Facebook Ads attribution and could really use some guidance.
Here’s the setup: • I have a campaign on Facebook Ads with the objective set to Form Submission. • Once we receive a form submission, our team follows up by making a phone call to schedule a meeting. • I’ve set up an offline event called meeting_scheduled, which gets sent to Facebook’s Offline Conversion API. • I’m including all relevant parameters in the API payload, such as fbclid, event_name, and other required fields.
However, despite everything appearing to be implemented correctly, the meeting_scheduled event is not being attributed to the campaign in Facebook Ads Manager.
Here are a few key details:
1. The fbclid is being passed along from the original form submission and included in the offline event payload. The action_source is set to be physical_store
2. I’ve confirmed that the event is successfully sent to the Facebook Offline Conversion API with a 200 response.
3. The Offline Event Set is correctly linked to the ad account and campaign.
4. I've waited 3 days so that the attribution process should've been done
What could be causing the event to fail attribution to the campaign? Is there a specific setting or additional parameter I need to include? Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a solution?
I appreciate any insights or suggestions to troubleshoot this problem!
