I use the app for - FB login (for employees in the organization only) - Collect published post data of the authorized pages - Collect page insights & post insights data of the authorized pages - Collect comments of some posts
So I don't understand where I used the Business Asset User Profile Access permission. I tried to send a review several times but it didn't go through. I asked back what the API end point is that uses this permission. FB didn't have an answer. Is there anyone who can suggest a solution to this problem?
They are just messing around. I have done app review 8 times in the last week, and it is still ongoing. I have got the same violation email from facebook. Obviously, they do not have any idea of how things work and they just throw it back to you, asking you to explain everything to them again, even though your app has been reviewed a million times in the past.
@Sittisak did you figure out what the permission is? I got the same violation, and I don't know what it means (we do not use facebook messenger user API, which seems the only related API according to the documentation (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/identity/user-profile/?locale=en_US)
An app I look after had this flagged up about a week ago. It was a bit annoying we had only 5 days to respond. HOWEVER, I filled in the form, attached the same PDF documentation we'd provided before (app screenshots and text) and recorded some new videos showing our app usage (e.g. showing the login api usage, showing us posting out to a page, showing a private messenger conversation etc and the fact we display the third party's name etc) and it was approved.
Nice to see such a quick app review turnaround (24 hours) too. Thanks Meta!.
