Why does the link to our website keep getting rejected in Access Verification?

Our app's Access Verification keeps stopping at the "provide a link to your website" step. We add the link every time, but it gets rejected without any clarification or explanation, and we’re always asked to re-submit, putting us back at the same point. When the deadline passes, the process resets, and we're stuck in this loop with no clear feedback.

We've tried contacting support, but they couldn’t help, saying Access Verification isn’t within their scope. We also couldn’t report a bug, so posting here is our last option. Any advice to help us get through this step would be greatly appreciated!
