Hello. I work with a live streaming product that simulcasts live video to Facebook. Yesterday (11/17) I observed a high rate of connection timeouts when establishing an RTMP connection to Facebook live.

Errors were of this form: Connection to tcp://live-api-s.facebook.com:443 failed: Connection timed out

Errors occurred for about 50% of requests, starting at 1600 UTC, and stopped 9 hours later. Signs do not suggest that the timeout came from our internal network. Was there any known interruption in Facebook Live's ability to accept RTMP yesterday?
