Pixel not working, contacted meta, was told to come here

Hi, I have been trying to set up a marketing campaign all weekend however I have not been able to due to the fact that the "conversions API" is not working. All of my conversion events are under an "inactive" status, and i've heard from a YouTube video that the reason for this is because there was an invalid link between Shopify and Meta. However, after calling someone from Meta, they reported that my accounts both seem active and fine, and the issue I am experiencing is likely a bug and beyond their scope.

I was directed here as an expert might know. i have attached a photo of what I am currently seeing in my campaign (these should all be active and most should have "conversions API" witten next to it). Thanks and I look forward to the response :)

Hi William,

seems, You've set up Pixel and CAPI through Shopify's native integration. However, native integrations sometimes face limitations, which might be why your Pixel stops working.

I recommend switching to Google Tag Manager for a more reliable setup. GTM is widely used for seamless Pixel , CAPI integration, and all types of tracking setup, ensuring more consistent tracking.
