How to get app approved: navigating the request
1

I want to get a Meta app verified that simply allows messages to be sent to Business Accounts on Facebook and Instagram to trigger a chatbot. The chatbot runs through VoiceFlow, connected via a company called Flowbridge. The main purpose is just for users to be able to message these Business Accounts to activate the bot. I'm unsure which permissions and request types to select:

1. Permissions
- Pages-Manage-Metadata
- Pages-Messaging
- Instagram-Business-Manage-Messages
- Instagram-Messages

2. Data-Handling Questions
- Do you have data processors or service providers that will have access to platform data from Meta? Yes or No? - List all data processors or service providers with access to Meta’s platform data: Not exactly sure what needs to be listed here. - Who is responsible for all platform data Meta shares with you? (Country selection; this one is relatively clear) - Have you provided personal data to public authorities in response to national security requests in the past 12 months?
- Policies in place for requests from public authorities for personal data: (Check all that apply)

Could someone guide me on the correct settings for these options?

I mean its a very standard thing I am trying to achieve here but the questions and all confuse me a bit.
