I am experiencing an issue with sending template messages via the WhatsApp Business API. This problem affects all numbers, all WABAs, and all templates. The issue started on August 15, 2024, at 6:30 PM (UTC).
Everything was working fine until suddenly, all API calls to send templates began returning the following error:

Non-template messages are being sent without any issues. The templates are marked as having good quality, and the phone numbers also have a good quality rating. My Business Portfolio is already verified with legal business documentation which can only be verified once in one Business Portfolio
I have already tried creating a new template, but the same error persists.
