I hope this message finds you well. I'm experiencing some issues with my app, which currently has advanced access for the following permissions: email, ads_read, and public_profile.

When my customers try to log in using Facebook, they are receiving an error message saying the app "does not exist." However, this issue only affects customers who are not part of the app's roles. The login works perfectly for me on both local and live environments, but not for live customers.

I’ve also attempted to restrict the permissions to just email and public_profile, but the issue persists. It appears that only users within the app's roles can authenticate successfully.

Additionally, for advanced permissions, in certain cases, the platform shows that "verification is required." However, when I click on the verification prompt, it redirects me to the App's Basic settings page. The business for the app is already verified, so I’m unsure what additional verification is being requested. There seems to be an issue with the app's permissions or the verification process.

Could you please help me resolve these issues and clarify what further verification is needed? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in fixing the app so that my customers can log in without any problems.
