I’m trying to request additional phone numbers for my WhatsApp Business account by following the instructions in the official forum, which direct me to this business.facebook.com/direct-support. However, when I visit the page, the options mentioned in the forum are not visible to me.

I have confirmed that I’m logged in with the correct account and have admin permissions, but I still can't see the necessary options to submit the request for additional phone numbers.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it, or is this a known bug? I would appreciate any guidance or advice on how to proceed.
