Cannot get test number

I've followed everything I can, but cannot generate a test number for my WhatsApp app (see image).
The business is verified, the domain added etc.

I can't too, there are some general issue in the system?

Test Numbers are disabled as it seems for time-being, Instead you can use your own personal number to send a message, make sure that your number is not registered before or not associated with any WhatsApp Business.
