When we create and send a template, we have observed that the header can only support either an image or a video. The image must be in PNG or JPG format, and the video must be in MP4 format. Additionally, the videos play in full, making it difficult to read the content simultaneously. Unfortunately, GIFs are not supported as a media header.

Please clarify if there are options to support GIFs or videos as headers in a template, allowing simultaneous viewing of the media and content without the video playing in full? If so, how can this be achieved?
