During the process of publishing an Instant Game, I am unable to submit the developer profile, and the issue shown in the image below keeps appearing. I can't understand the cause of this issue, and I sincerely hope someone can offer some help.

Initially, after selecting the developer page, an issue with the message "An error occurred while executing the query" appears. After filling in all the information, the message "An error occurred, please try again later" shows up. Finally, when clicking "Submit," it says both "An error occurred, please try again later" and "Please enter a valid Apple Developer Team ID." However, I am certain that the developer team ID is valid.
