My ads account was suddenly deactivated for no reason. I haven't run a single ad in the last 5 years so it is not because of any ad or ad content. I need to run ads again. Here are some of the error messages I am getting: "Your account is restricted right now: You have been temporarily blocked from performing this action. (#2859015)" and "You're Restricted From Advertising. You can't run ads or manage ad accounts." I have submitted over 20 support tickets with no helpful responses from Meta - all form responses and telling me my account actually is active, which it is not. My payment method is valid, I just successfully loaded $1.00 onto the account. Can anyone direct me to someone who can help reactivate my account?
Same here! Didn't run campaigns for more than a year and, yesterday, a friend asked me to check his ads setup and to my surprise, my account is restricted for almost a year. Help is useless, there's no "What you can do" window, looks like a FB glitch to me, as I'm not aware of any past issues or violations. And I can access everything, the only thing is that I'm not able to publish changes to campaigns or add other people to admin. There's no pending reviews or issues anywhere and other than spamming tickets, I don't see a way out of this mess.
I am also having this issue. We do not have any violations and I keep being routed to an error message but I'm also unable to "resolve" issues because my account is saying I have no issues. We have also submitted ticket requests. I'm completely blocked from advertising for my business.
