From last 4 days we are getting the "Generic user error", "code": 135000, from send template message of WhatsApp cloud API. From last 1 month the same API was working fine, which is using the templates from our WABA template dashboard. We got this issue previously, but at that time after waiting for 2-3 days , the issue fixed on its own. Can I get some help regarding this issue? We cannot send a single template message due to this error.
