I also have same issue, some of my clients having 131026 error code. from the information that I read, we are limited to 2 messages templates in 24 hours. but the one that make me confuse, why the conversation that coming from users initiative also being counted.

If the users initiated the conversation in chatbot that having marketing templates why it is counted as spam?.
