I have a chatbot that listens to events from the WhatsApp business api webhook, when receiving an event, my api responds to the user with a personalized message, however, there are times when the user sends a message to my business phone number but the goal does not send the event for my api, there are times when it sends after 2 or 3 hours, what could be happening?
