is any alternative way to without delete the WhatsApp account we can register the number for WhatsApp business api ?

I don't want to delete the whatsapp account and i want to use my number for Whatsapp business API so is any other way to do it ? Without delete the whatsapp account

You cannot have the same number for WhatsApp and WABA. You can take the current WhatsApp account backup and use the same number for WABA or get a new one specifically for WABA. Or else, it's always better to build and test everything using the test number provided (note: you cannot access a few things using a test number).
