I've been trying to get a oembed permission for over a month now, but the reviewer keep trying to log into the ad-disabled version of our site. I keep trying to explain to them that the oembed permission is for a server side app, but they apparently don't understand what I mean, and are insisting

I tried setting them up with an account, but they don't understand how to log in. I think they are expecting a Facebook login, but we don't use any Facebook api on the frontend, only the backend. Is there any way to chat / have a phone call? The email back and forth is not working.
