I've been trying to use the <PAGE_ID>/leadgen_conditional_questions_group to create conditional questions, as per https://developers.facebook.com/ads/blog/post/v2/2017/06/29/lead-ads-conditional-questions/, but am getting response "(#3) Application does not have the capability to make this API call."

My app has advanced access to the following scopes, which cover most things related to leads and ads:

• pages_show_list
• ads_management
• ads_read
• business_management
• leads_retrieval
• pages_read_engagement
• pages_manage_metadata
• pages_manage_ads

Can anyone advise on what the missing permissions are? Thanks
