I had a developer account setup years ago. I went to go and access the apps section on developers.facebook.com but said "You cannot access this service.". I tried deleting my developer account and signing up again but still have this issue. I couldn't find any place where facebook gave a reason for restricted access or a spot to appeal this. Has anyone had any luck or know of a form to submit to facebook to fix this type of issue?
