Hii, for one my app user the post private replay API gives error

But the post exists, also some other accounts also facing this very very rarely (1 in 50 or 1 in 100), but one particular user's account is failing every time.

Any help or what is the solution, i have used Instagram graph API, and my app is public and approved for advanced access.
