Unable to change profile category to Entrepeneur? "Error Performing Inquiry"

Not sure why all of a sudden I'm unable to change my category from "Digital Creator" to "Entrepeneur"?

Unfortunately.... there's no other discussion boards. Figured this was my last resort as my business has been impacted by the change.
In short answer - clearly has something to do with the engagement audience. So please excuse me posting in the improper discussion board but... it's the only one.
