You've a big bug and issue in the facebook developer admin dashboard that is preventing us to send our Instagram application for approval.

The problem relies on the way you calculate the API calls made to the endpoint. We're following the new Login with Instagram to send messages and in total we're utilizing 4 permissions as noted in the documentation:

We're login the user, getting permissions and everything, but it's not being updated in the dashboard. Facebook Developer dashboard doesn't update those, even one week after the first successful call.

This impacts our business since we can't submit the application for verification, so I'd appreciate a quick answer.
