The error message I see on https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/home is "Missing valid payment method Free tier conversations can only be initiated by your customers. You won't be able to message customers until you've added a payment method or updated your existing payment method. Learn more about free-tier conversations."
Can someone please help resolve this issue?
I have also raised a direct support ticket, posting here just in case someone faced the same issue and was able to resolve it.
