The error message I see on https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/home is "Missing valid payment method Free tier conversations can only be initiated by your customers. You won't be able to message customers until you've added a payment method or updated your existing payment method. Learn more about free-tier conversations."
Can someone please help resolve this issue?

Meta support has been very unhelpful at resolving this. After a week of two and fro, they have finally landed from "no errors visible", "yeah we see the error, payment method not attached", "(upon asking in which account) looks like payment method is added, is a technical issue", "(on sending success responses in the send message API and asking where they see the technical error) cannot see technical issue at your side, could be at our end, we cannot help - raise on the forum"
