We found that the app did not load properly or had issues that prevented us from completing our review. Common examples of this include broken integrations and interface failures (such as broken buttons or links). This violates Developer Policy 1.2.
We have thoroughly checked the settings in the Meta backend, tested the access page of our app, and even restarted the server but did not find any abnormalities.
Additionally, our marketing department has not reported any such issues.
We have tried providing videos and screenshots demonstrating access to the app page to respond to this warning, but our appeals have been consistently rejected.
We are uncertain as to where the specific problem lies.
