Our developer app has been stuck in validation for over 5 months.

Absolutely no way to contact anyone, not anyone from support said anything. The validation says 5 days or up to 10 days. We've been waiting for more than 5 months!

Are you sure it's still pending? Did you check any open actions? What API/permissions/features did you submit for?

It appears that canceling the application yourself and then reapplying can sometimes resolve the issue.
