Hello, I'm trying to integrate via API with the Instagram page on our supplier's omnichannel tool, when trying to connect via the link it displays the error below:

"We were unable to provide the required message sending permissions The following Pages are not eligible to grant Messaging API permissions based on Page violations (and/or violations of your linked Instagram account): Prefeitura de Porto Alegre. See About Facebook Page Status to see Page violations, including options to request a review, or view your Instagram support requests about recent Instagram account violations."
