Platform Term 7.a - Provide required information
2

My company has used Facebook integration for almost a decade, and we received a message that "We weren't able to review your app because we are missing information required from you to complete our review. This violates Platform Term 7.a."

Despite repeated attempts at resolving it, we just get the same violation message over and over again, with no specific information about what is lacking. It just says that they "couldn't find any Facebook integration". But it's impossible to miss. We have provided instructions and the buttons are all there on the screen.

Several others are experiencing the same problem, apparently.

From what I've read on some Facebook documentation pages, NEW apps are required to provide a screen recording of all Facebook integration features, but this is an OLD app. We haven't added any new Facebook functionality, and the "resolve violation" form says that images or recordings are optional.

It's impossible to get any support from Facebook itself (as always). Does anyone know what the requirements are for resolving this? Is is possible that the violation flagging is a bug in the system?

Same issue here.

Our app has been integrated with Facebook for years, and it worked beautifully until we received an email about a possible violation of Term 7.a of the platform. Since then, we have been trying to create a test user to allow you to test the app. Also, they have restricted our app, and we can't test the process completely anymore.

Does anyone know how to create a test user since Meta disable this option? (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/development/build-and-test/test-users/)

It seems like they put me on an infinite loop!!
