My ability to create test user is disabled. Can u please help.. its very urgent.

its been a week my app is rejected. and meta support want me to create a test user but my ability to create test user is disabled.

We had the same issue (I think this is an issue for everyone). Facebook told us to create test Facebook accounts and share the credentials so that they can test it.
