When trying to use the Facebook sharing URL:

https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.allazhomes.com%2Fnever-meet-in-the-middle-a-strategy-for-successful-real-estate-negotiations%3Fsharing%3D1149899

The share does not use the image on the page. In the case of this URL, I have the following OG tags, which all look good to me:

This is spotty - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can't figure out a pattern.
