Hihi, i'm trying to submit app review but stuck in these..

There are two Ticks in grey : "How will your app use the advance access manage_pages permission" and "How will your app use the advance access Page Public Content Access feature"

when i Click on it, it show a loading icon then disappear in short while, staying in same page (clicking both Ticks showing same results: loading > nothing happen)

the button "Submit for Review" is in Grey.

Please advise how can I continue for this request? Thanks!
