Instagram Login error for the new API (Instagram API with Instagram Login)

I connected my application to the Instagram account login via Instagram API with Instagram Login. But many of my users get an error when logging into their account (often after entering the 2FA code):

An error has occurred There was a problem. The page could not load.

And also if the user is not authorized in Instagram when logging in via the API with Instagram Login, he will receive an error:

Error Please try again in a few minutes.
