Last month, we highlighted an issue where only 30% of messages were being delivered. Although the problem was resolved after our initial complaint, it has resurfaced with the same customer. This client uses high-quality templates, yet the issue is occurring frequently.
The undelivered messages are utility messages, and the details of the high-quality templates are provided below. In mid-June, the problem recurred. We attempted to send 50,000 messages, of which only 20,000 were delivered, leaving 30,000 undelivered. Please note that all these messages are utility messages.
