Request failed with status code 500

Would appreciate a lot to get some help on this!

Error code: 500 "An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry your request later." "x-ad-api-version-warning': 'You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API."

But I am using v16 - and it works for all my other customers so I don't understand what the problem is.

2 of my customers are trying to post pictures on their pages through my system. It works for everyone else of my clients. And I have tried to reconnect the pages that are affected - but no success.

We're also seeing these errors on some pages but on other pages it works fine
