We have integrated the Facebook Customer Chat Plugin into our website to enhance user interaction and support. However, we are encountering a CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) policy issue when attempting to access the plugin's resources. Despite my domains being added to the whitelist. Can anyone please provide instructions on how to fix this situation?
Error Details: Upon inspecting the browser console, we have identified the following errors:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://www.facebook.com/plugins/customer_chat/SDK/...' from origin 'https://aurorasaigon.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

We do not use the Messenger Plugin anymore for our website.
But I want to find a solution for later.

Yep I have the same problem, it's good to know it's not our implementation and this is a Facebook issue. How can we make them aware if they don't check this?

So, this brings down page performance metrics and Google's score for our website. It's problematic. I haven't found an asnwer yet, and I have confirmed my domains are present in the whitelist.

It turns out that the Messenger plugin will be soon disabled by Meta and it's better to be removed from the website after all.
Someone have try to open an issue? I have try and I cannot do that!

Hi, chat plugin works for me, because I have whitelisted the domains I need.
However, I still get following issues, which are problematic because they cause a delay at the chat plugin takes more time to initialise and be ready.

Could someone please bring this matter to the attention of the Facebook team? I'm unable to do so as this issue has been flagged as spam.

Seems like Facebook changed something. It was working for me, from few weeks I see this error in console... The chat is working but I'd like to get rid of that as well. I can't wait until somebody will find a solution.
