Hello!

What is the cheapest way to enable a chat between WhatsApp Business API and a costumer?

I was hoping to target small/medium business and ideally they would be able to use the native WhatsApp app.

As far i understood, this is not currently supported and would require an external chat application. Is this correct? Is there any 3rd party solution that is commonly used?
