For Sending whatsapp messages we are using the following API POST : https://graph.facebook.com/v20.0/<WHATSAPP_BUSINESS_ACCOUNT_ID>/messages

We were able to send out the messages successfully on 6-Sep-2024 , but not on 10-Sep-2024.

We arrange a total of 3,344 messages on 10 Sep, and my system vendor also received success sent messages of these 3,344 recipients, but our WhatsApp manager template insight are not showing any information about messages being sent, received.

So now we need to understand what went wrong and whether those messages were actually sent.
