September Developer Events for Parse and Facebook

August 29, 2013ByAsh Ley

The Parse and Facebook teams will be busy in the month of September and we hope you can join us at some of the awesome events we are both hosting and attending. We'll have Parse and Facebook team members on hand at all of the following:

Parse Developer Day - September 5, 2013 - San Francisco, CA

We're excited to be hosting our first annual Parse Developer Day in our hometown of San Francisco at the beginning of the month. During a jam-packed day of developer-focused talks, tracks, keynotes, panels, and a few surprises, attendees will be able to learn about Parse for the first time or delve into more detailed Parse functionality, depending on their needs. Tickets are extremely limited, so register today if you'd like to join us on September 5th!

Box Developer Day - September 17, 2013 - San Francisco, CA

While the Boxworks conference is focused on the future of the cloud, Box Developer Day focuses more specifically on the enterprise app. We're thrilled to attend and talk about how easy it is to get an enterprise-level app up and running with Parse. We’re also partnering with Box to bring you VIP access to tickets for the event, register here with the promotional code “Box13parsedevs” for your tickets today.

TwilioCon - September 17-19, 2013 - San Francisco, CA

In its third year, Twiliocon is a great, three-day learning opportunity focused on the future of communication services in both mobile and web. We'll be on hand to discuss all things Parse, including our Twilio Cloud Module for easy Twilio-Parse integration. Parse Software Engineer Thomas Bouldin will also be giving a talk, "Twilio and Parse: Creating Rich Experiences in & out of Native Clients" and we'll be helping to sponsor the Hacker Olympics. Join us at TwilioCon with 25% off tickets by registering here.

MHacks - September 20-22, 2013 - Ann Arbor, Michigan

We know first-hand how useful Parse is at hackathons, so we can't wait to attend MHacks, the largest hackathon in the country, where we'll be joining 1,000 developers for a 36 hour hackathon at the largest sports stadium in the US. We'll be both presenting and judging, as well as on hand to answer questions. The Facebook recruiting team will also be with us, so please drop by and chat with us at our booth.

We hope to see some of you at the events and hackathons we're attending this month! If you have any questions, please email us at
